LIFEGUARD:
Candidates must be 16 years or older to apply. Raging Waters, San Jose is proud to offer the National Pool and Water Park Lifeguard training program. Applicants must successfully complete the Lifeguard Training Program before becoming a lifeguard at Raging Waters. Lifeguards interact with guests on a daily basis and must uphold a high level of customer satisfaction. Raging Waters Lifeguards ensure the safety of our guests using the attractions and water slides. Lifeguards work in the sun and shade, both in and out of the water, exceeding the highest standards of safety. No experience necessary. However, lifeguard candidates will be required to pay $40 for licensing and instructional handbook.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR:
This individual must be able to maintain the highest standard of park operational repair, maintenance, and water quality by meeting all required guidelines. Applicants must have excellent communications and leadership skills and enjoy working in a fun environment. Looking for someone who has knowledge or expertise in one of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanic, painting, welding, concrete or pool chemistry. Candidate must have a valid Driver’s License.

As a park services staff member you will be responsible for the overall appearance and preservation of the park. These staff members will have a degree of customer interaction and must be friendly and customer service oriented. This job is primarily outdoors and requires a lot of walking. Responsibilities include light maintenance, equipment set-up and various park cleaning duties as needed.
