PARK INFORMATION

During the California State Fair (August 17 through September 3) all Raging Waters customers will be required to puchase State Fair admission in order to visit Raging Waters.

Located in the heart of the city, Raging Waters Sacramento features more than 25 exhilarating water attractions, breath-taking slides, crystal clear pools and fun-filled activities for children and adults of all ages.

Thrill slides include favorites such as, Cannonball Falls, Hurricane, Cliffhanger Speed Slides, Breaker Beach Wave Pool and the Shark Attack Waterslide complex.

Those park goers in the mood for more chill than thrills can cool out in the tranquil waters of the Calypso Cooler Lazy River or frolic in Hooks Lagoon, a 5-story water kingdom with water slides, secret tubes and hundreds of water activities.

The Park is located at Cal Expo off of Capital City Freeway at Exposition Boulevard.



Safety - Know Before You Go!

The Park offers a variety of water-based activities for all ages and all swim levels. Height restrictions are posted for all attractions and enforced. Children under age 12 should be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, and children age 12 or over should be supervised by an adult familiar with the child’s swim level so as to make appropriate decisions as to the attractions suitable for that child. 

Only you know your own, your child's, or anyone you are supervising level of swimming skills. We strongly recommend all Guests under 48" or who are weak or non-swimmers wear Coast Guard approved lifejackets where appropriate. In the wave pool, all guests under 48" are REQUIRED to wear a lifejacket and be accompanied by an adult. We insist that parents keep their children within arms reach for their close supervision on all water activities. Raging Waters provides free life jackets for park use at Hooks Lagoon and Breaker Beach wave pool.  When in doubt, wear a life jacket!

Diving is not permitted in any pool or attraction at the park.

Raging Waters, Sacramento stands behind our promise to give Sacramento's water park back. If you do not feel you have received a better water park experience after an hour inside the park, we will refund your ticket purchase!




GENERAL INFOrMATION

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park.
  • Parking is $8 per vehicle
  • Tubes are provided for all slides that require a tube
  • Daily tube rentals are available for attractions where tubes are optional. Single tubes are $6 and double tubes $8
  • Changing facilities and showers are available.
  • Raging Waters is staffed with certified lifeguards and licensed E.M.T.’s.
  • Park operating days, hours and prices are subject to change without notice.

Dress Code and Code of Conduct
The following regulations apply to all for the safety of our guests and employees.

  • Traditional swimwear is required on all attractions. To ensure a safe and enjoyable family environment, provocative or thong swimwear is not allowed.
  • Long pants, jean shorts, cut-offs and swimwear with rivets, belts or metal ornaments are not permitted on any slides.
  • Children in diapers and those being toilet trained must wear approved swim diapers in the water.
  • Guests may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal or unacceptable language, photos, images, symbols, phrases, etc.
  • There is no loitering, unruly behavior, profanity, vandalism or line cutting allowed.
  • Raging Waters is a smoke free park. We ask any guests wanting to smoke to exit the park.
  • For your safety, Raging Waters reserves the right to a physical inspection of any items carried in or out of the park.

Raging Waters, Sacramento is proud to be a part of the community. As a water park focused on safe, quality family entertainment, we are also dedicated to supporting local organizations in our community and beyond.

Raging Waters, Sacramento has a donations program set up to help organizations year round.  Please send your organization's donation request AT LEAST TWO MONTHS prior to your event on your organization's letterhead to the address provided below.  Be sure to include the event date and contact information.  The donations committee meets periodically to review all donation requests.  Donations will be awarded two months prior to your organization's event.
